1. Orders & Processing
All items are made with care and packed by hand. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships (unless stated otherwise in the product description).
Custom or preorder items may take longer — check individual listings for timelines.
2. Shipping
I ship from Brooklyn, N.Y., and offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location and postal service. Once a package is marked as shipped, I’m not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
Please double-check your address at checkout — I’m not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
3. Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Please contact me before sending anything back
Exceptions:
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
Digital downloads (if applicable) are non-refundable
